Internet lingo can be tricky. Here’s what you need to remember:

  • A “fan” is a person.
  • A “follower” is a person.
  • A “like” is a person.
  • A “page view” is a person.
  • A “share” is a person.
  • A “sale” is a person.

The modern creative thinks a lot about playing by the rules of robots. Forget that. Let someone else decide how many meaningless internet points it should have.

Make stuff for humans.
