Getting up before 6 on the weekends was a radical shift.
Days 7,8,9 of the new habit were miserable.
But by days 11,12,13 — I was falling asleep faster, staying asleep longer, and waking up easier than I had ever in my life.
Keep those good habits rolling no matter what the calendar says.
