Why Trying Always Beats Not Trying
1 min readOct 5, 2020
Many people don’t try. Business seems hard. Investing is scary. Reaching out could result in rejection. But what if you thought about everything that way?
- “Why learn addition if I can’t understand calculus?”
- “Why bother walking the block if I can’t run a marathon?”
- “Why try to eat any vegetable if I don’t like salads?”
- “Why write a blog post if I don’t know how to write a book?”
Here’s a suggestion: forget being an expert. Just try. Learn one useful thing. Put that into practice. Then, maybe, learn another thing.
Life is made in baby steps.
